Meet Dr. Ajeesh T Alex
Dr. Ajeesh T Alex is the founder and lead physician at Actymed Healthcare. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from the University of Calicut, a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee, and advanced training in sports medicine and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
He is widely recognised for his pioneering integration of Ayurveda Marma therapy with modern sports medicine — an approach that has made Actymed the preferred clinic for Olympians and elite athletes across Kerala.
